Established in 2013 Shop in the Square is a collective of 20+ designers from the West Midlands showcasing their products in Wolverhampton City Centre. Originally started through Portas Pilot funding, after six months the shop registered as a Community Interest Company and has gone from strength to strength since.

Now housed in Wolverhampton's Mander Shopping Centre, the shop houses creative makes from over 20 local handmade businesses, giving each the opportunity to sell on the high street. From homeware to jewellery, the shop hosts a wealth of carefully selected talent, meaning you are always sure to find something for that perfect gift! Shop in the Square is a feel good shopping experience, as all the money from sales is retained in the local economy, boosting several micro businesses

In 2019 the collective embarked on selling online, in order to reach a further audience with the ethos of the shop, encouraging more to buy small.
